With over a decade of experience in therapeutic massage, I’ve learned that meaningful results come from attentive, individualized care — not standardized routines.
My path into this work was deeply influenced by supporting my mother through her experience with fibromyalgia. Witnessing chronic pain up close shaped my understanding of how complex the body can be, and how powerful thoughtful, consistent care truly is. That perspective continues to inform the way I practice today.
At Destination Eden Massage Therapy, sessions are designed around your body’s needs in the present moment. I draw from advanced training and clinical experience while remaining attentive to how your system responds.

I began my career in Minnesota within a chiropractic setting, where I built a strong foundation in rehabilitation-focused bodywork and collaborative care.
Over the years, life has taken me through multiple states and overseas, allowing me to serve clients in a variety of settings — from clinical environments to private practice. As our family followed my spouse’s career, I continued practicing with flexibility and dedication, adapting my work while maintaining a consistent commitment to quality care.
In 2022, I established Destination Eden Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach before relocating to Oak Harbor, where this next chapter continues.
No matter the location, the intention has remained the same: thoughtful, individualized care that meets you where you are.
